I shall start from the very beginning...
Before heading to the airport at 5am,moo,me,jh,soverynn and hq went to eat dim sum at lavander at 11plus.They start telling me some stuff that I'm supposed to do when we go to the hotel and I almost freak out la.The dim sum was nice!Went back home around 3plus so I only slept for 1hr before heading the the airport.
Reached the airport,waited for Karen for awhile,ate BK breakfast,Karen couldn't resist coffeebean so bought a latte and she suddenly remembered to draw money so blah blah blah so many stuff and we were quite late and our gate was closing and our gate at the far end la!Last few to board the plane.Moo was kind of afraid of taking off.Poor boy.Karen was also kind of afraid coz she say it's a small plane.Well...It took off smoothly...
First day went to MBK,Siam discovery Centre and Siam square.We spent alot of time at MBK, especially at a belt store.We were like bargaining like mad.Ate Swensens sundae becoz it's freaking cheap.YUM-YUM.Well...Karen wanted the cup but it's not for sale.Siam square was huge to me.Larger version of bugis street.Tons of fashion.Sweetie Suz,it's your heaven.Cheap and deep assortment for ya.Went to do Thai massage after our shopping. Shiok-shiok-nice-nice-cheap-cheap.Haha
2nd day went to the early morning canal tour.Sat a small ferry to see temples and the daily lifestyles of the people.Very interesting.Then they brought us to a snake farm.Eh...Budget farm and poor maintenance.Well...Cant really expect much.During the snake show,we still sat in front la.During the show,the guy swing the snake at us la and we did not expect it and luckily we siam la.*%#@ Kanna shock sia.I hate snakes.They give me the creeps.Eek.After the canal tour,they were supposed to send us back to the hotel but we ended up in some gems stores.Zzz.After 2 boring tours,I thought we could head down to the other shopping destinations but the guide wanted to bring us to some zoo! NO NO NO.Told karen that I'm really not interested then luckily the guide did not insist and she send us to MBK.So we took a tuk-tuk from MBK to Baiyoke.4 of us squeesed in the tuk-tuk.Lolx.The reckless driver drove us against the traffic on the highway so that can cut into a small lane.Interesting but dangerous.Haha.Shopped at Baiyoke and platinum fashion shopping mall.By then it was evening,we headed to suan lum night bazzar.Mango glutinous rice was delicious.Then we take a tuk-tuk again to our hotel.Super tired.I could not remember when was the last time that I did not wake up in the middle of the night to go to toilet.I had a nice rest without waking up at all that night.
3rd day went to pray the 4-face buddha and then took the skytrain to chatuchak.It was hot hot hot!!!We split up.Supposed to meet up after 2hours.Karen and I got lost!!!We kept turning and turning but we couldn't find section6!!!We should meet at the clock tower coz it's very distinctive.We forgot all about it.Luckily,after many turns we managed to get reached our meeting place.Moo thought we shopped till forgot the time.Moo and jh love chatuchak ALOT.For yr information,Moo bought as much clothes as me ok.Haha.Went back to baiyoke and platinum again.I love platinum fashion mall!!!Ate Swensens again.Yum-yum-cheap-cheap.We did something but I shall not talk about the details.Walked to siam square again to shop more.SERIOUSLY,we could not shop finish all the places we went!!!Too little time,too many places!!!
4th day.Last day of our trip.Sad sad.Don't feel like going back home.Jh still suggested of extending one more night so we can go check out the countdown party but...ya...we just talk talk only coz our air tickets v.ex and it's very troublesome.We walked pass by the place where they gona held the party the previous day.Seems quite happening and fun.We ended up just walking around at MBK and Karen wanted to go back to baiyoke again to find jeans.Last minute shopping before taking a cab to airport.We took the night flight and I sat with Moo this time.Enjoying the last few moments of 2006 with Moo by watching the night scenery of S'pore together.So nice~~~I did not do my manicure and pedicure by the way becoz no time and I could not find it!!!Sobs.That's the only mission I did not accomplish.
Overall,it's really very fun.Enjoyed it alot!Sweeties,we muz go this year okok???Super nice to shop!!!Below are some pics.Moo is mad in some pics.
